section. We take great pride in our ability to support you and have
undertaken a great effort to make sure that your products are as easy to use and
install as possible. Though we realize that some of our products
(particularly the noise reduction, enhancement tools) are somewhat complicated,
we've included walkthroughs for all products that may help you to understand how
we do things and thereby understand the product you're using as well.
In order to qualify your needs, we've included a few buttons
below to get you into the right category for support. Check these places
before you call us. Not that we don't love talking to our customers, but
chances are, if there's a problem, we probably have already answered the same
questions before and can save you some time. Also, this site works 24
hours a day, whereas, we're lucky if we can get our tech guys to put in a solid
4 hours each day <g>.
